1. How many Birth charts Predictions does Pro plan allow?

Unlimited, as it says! There is currently no limit to the number of birth charts to be predicted with the Pro plan.

2. Which payment options are available?

We support all the major payment options: Credit card - National and International, Debit card - National and International, India's UPI - Unique Payment Interface, with all UPI enabled providers like Google pay UPI, PhonePe UPI, PayTM UPI and all others. We also provide payment through Internet banking of all the major Banks.

3. How is the monthly plan calculated?

The monthly plan is 30 days of use in total regardless of the month.

4. How is the yearly plan calculated?

The yearly plan is 365 days of use in total regardless of the leap year.

5. What is NON-RECURRING PAYMENT?

Non-recurring payment means you won't be charged after your monthly or yearly plan expires. You need to purchase one of our plans again. This means we have disabled automatic charging of users cards. By this way, users can be more accountable for their spendings and it allows us to provide more payment options like Debit cards, Internet banking and UPI on the go.

6. What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, as we're providing a digital product, once the product has been purchased we cannot offer a refund. However, under special circumstances, we may provide a refund at our discretion.
